You will pay the full price commission upfront! Once I can confirm the payment from my side, I will begin your commission.

Estimated time for your commission to be completed within 2-4 weeks and delivered via email or Discord DMs. (Please bare in mind that I do have an outside life to this)

I will be updating you of the process at certain intervals (sketch and base colours) to make sure both parties are satisfied with the final result. If your commission is delayed, I will inform you accordingly.

I live within the (UK) GMT Timezone so I may not respond immediately. I aim to respond to any enquiries within 48hrs of it being sent.

I have the right to refuse a commission if I deem it too complex for my skills or the concept is uncomfortable for me to draw.

Be respectful to each other and have patients during your commission process. We're only human.

Any variation of hate, spam and offensive behaviour would result in getting your commission cancelled, no refund and/or backlisted.

Clients are eligible for FREE edits/changes to your commission during the sketch stage and FREE colour changes during base colouring stage. After that, there will be no major changes available.

Once the commission is complete, clients are able to repost it on social media with credits! Use artist's username - @Shira.Illustra

Using art for commercial purposes is permitted but needs to be stated as such during initial discussions. Expect an additional commercial fee of 125% of the base price, digital commercials only. Please still credit the artist - @Shira.Illustra

DO NOT trace, claim it as your own, use it for AI training, third parties usage, crypto and NFTs scams. Do not make merch out of them (be it personal or commercial), sell prints or remove artist’s signature/watermark! Failing to do that will result in getting reported and blacklisted!

The artist always retains full copyright and ownership of the finished product.

Per each commission, the artist has the right to post/display it on their social media to promote and advertise work as well as reuse the art to create merchandise and sell them or variations of it. If clients wish to remain anonymous - please let the artist know in advance! (the artist will ask regardless just in case).

If a client's original character is used in the art, the artist must give credit to the creator of said character when displaying on social media.

The artist can not use any art for merch or sell them if the art contains a client's original character.

Commission payments are made using PayPal only! (All of that is already pre-set if using Ko-fi)

Currency payments are subject to change for USD due to currency exchange rates. (out of my control)

Refunds are only available for an incomplete commission at certain stages or if I can't complete the commission from my end.

If you wish to cancel a commission during the sketch stage, you will be refunded 75%. If it's at the colouring stage, it will be 50% refundable.

If the artist chooses to cancel a commission due to their own inability, the client will receive a FULL refund regardless at what stage the commission is at.

Depending on the severity and the situation, if a commission is cancelled due to a breach of Terms and Conditions, the client may or may not be refunded at all.
